General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the training services provided by Niza Learning.

Article 2 – Registration

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quotation and payment or a purchase order.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT. They may be revised annually.

Article 4 – Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing at least 15 days before the start of the training. In the event of late cancellation, 50% of the amount remains payable.

Article 5 – Liability

Niza Learning undertakes to use all necessary means to ensure that the training is properly delivered.

Article 6 – Governing law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
